Stone Restoration of America is a premier restoration and waterproofing commercial contractor of building facades and parking decks. The company has been owned and operated as a family business since 1993. We seek an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all on-site activities for our construction projects. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate all the workforce required to complete projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
• Communicate with foreman and field technicians.
• Responsible for the workflow of projects.
• Order and maintain materials and equipment for projects.
• Responsible for the quality of work performed.
• Oversee Safety. Our Safety goal is zero incidents and no recordable incidents. This includes ensuring all safety requirements and policies are being followed, executing weekly toolbox topics, providing safety training, and evolving a safety culture.
• Responsible for daily reports.
• Document project progress through photos and as-builts.
• Approve material and equipment invoices weekly.
• Oversee the training of Foremen and Field Technicians.

• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office.

• Five years’ experience in construction management and expertise in Commercial Restoration.
• Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods. Must be able to climb and balance on equipment, ladders, and scaffolding.
• You must be able to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or valid State .
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
