Position Overview: Aqua Blue Pools is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential pool projects, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and supervision to crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily operations, job performance, and site management.

• Perform thorough reviews of construction plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and documentation.
• Set and communicate clear expectations to homeowners regarding timelines, budget, and scope.

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone completion.
• Regularly communicate project timelines and updates to homeowners, crews, and subcontractors.
• Conduct periodic reviews to track progress and proactively address potential delays.

• Monitor project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
• Document and manage budget adjustments and approvals effectively.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Conduct final walk-throughs, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project handoffs.
• Address punch list items, warranty concerns, and any customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects.

• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets.
