Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager

Heritage Pools LLC is looking for a New Construction Manager to lead our construction division and ensure the smooth execution of pool building projects.
As Charleston’s leading pool builder, we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences. This role is instrumental in managing construction teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every project meets our high standards.
The New Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all pool construction projects, managing project managers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and driving operational improvements. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Construction Oversight & Management:
- Direct and manage all pool construction activities from project initiation to completion.
- Supervise project managers, construction coordinators, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all construction policies, checklists, and quality control measures are followed.
- Develop and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track construction timelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize production capacity to align with sales demand.
- Maintain relationships with key builders and oversee builder-specific projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and address deficiencies.
- Continuously recruit and onboard subcontractors to meet production needs.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and negotiate pricing agreements.
- Work directly with customers to address escalated concerns.
- Ensure consistent communication with project managers, design consultants, and the operations team.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent customer service issues.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in construction management or project oversight preferred.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
