Full-Time Nanny/Household Manager in Charleston, SC $85,000 per year

Seeking an experienced, energetic, and reliable full-time nanny for a family with three high-energy boys, ages 4, 7, 10 and 4 month old. The nanny will primarily work during the weeks when the children are with their father (approximately 40% of the time), with guaranteed 40-hour weeks during those periods. During the weeks when the children are with their mother, the role will include reduced childcare hours with additional household management duties.

Pay: $ 35-40 per hour ($85,000 per year)
start date: ASAP

Hours:

40 hours per week, 9-5 Monday
- Friday, (flexible to help on weekends)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays
Long term commitment

• Preparing school lunches during the school year and cooking lunches during the summer.
• Assisting with light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining an organized home environment.
• Driving the children to school, activities, and appointments as needed (must have a reliable vehicle).
• Keeping the children entertained and engaged with age-appropriate activities, especially while the mother works from home.
• Ensuring the children’s safety, particularly around the family’s pool (candidate must be a confident swimmer).
• Providing occasional weekend coverage and being flexible with scheduling.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have 3-5 professional references
• Must be 18 years of age to apply
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be comfortable swimming and supervising children near a pool.
• Have experience with active children and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
