Base pay range$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr
At The Little Gym of West Ashley, a Lead Instructor takes the reigns and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled parent/child, pre‑k, and grade school classes. Every class is taught utilizing The Little Gym Curriculum, creating an experience unlike any other. We provide all training, so no experience is required—just a love for children and having fun!
Gym's morning hours range from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Tuesday – Friday; afternoon hours range from 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM, Tuesday – Thursday; weekend hours range from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM with tipped birthday parties from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. We can be flexible with your schedule and can accommodate any desired days/times for the right person!

- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. (sometimes a smile goes a long way!)

- You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving High‑5’s! (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps but isn't necessary).
