Stahls Fulfill Engine (FE) powers on-demand fulfillment through a robust product catalog and streamlined operational workflows. We work cross-functionally with customers, internal teams, decorators and external suppliers to ensure our catalog is accurate, organized, and always up to date.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Catalog Specialist to support the accuracy and maintenance of the Fulfill Engine product catalog. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and ensuring product information is complete and reliable.
Key Responsibilities- Add and import new products into the Fulfill Engine (FE) catalog
- Audit existing catalog items for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain product data standards across the catalog
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to gather and verify product information
- Post weekly updates to the FE team highlighting newly added or updated products
- Support ongoing catalog cleanup and optimization efforts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly across teams and with external suppliers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry tools
- Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
