Business Analyst

Position Summary

The Business Analyst – Sales Operations role supports the Sales Operations team by providing comprehensive reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness. The position requires leveraging data insights, advanced Excel capabilities (including pivot tables), and critical thinking to support the goals of Galderma Aesthetics
, our client. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset is essential to address challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze diverse datasets to generate actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards for Sales Operations.
  • Perform detailed analysis of sales contracts, clauses, stipulations, and obligations to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve processes and provide innovative, cost-effective recommendations.
  • Support the drafting and amendment of contracts in line with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and review reports to mitigate risks and prevent disputes.
  • Maintain and organize master data lists with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Document processes and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
  • Drive efficiency through advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to support data-driven decision making within Sales Operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required);
    Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VBA (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM systems (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers.
