Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Coordinator to join an Architecture firm located Downtown Charleston, SC
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals
• Participate in scheduling, organizing, coordinating, collaborating, and producing all marketing/public relations efforts for the firm and with the firm’s architectural staff
• Manage customer relationships and act as a key point of contact for clients
• Lead project management initiatives to ensure successful delivery of services
• Lead in scheduling, organizing, coordinating, collaborating, and producing all strategic business development efforts for the firm and with the firm’s architectural staff

• 5+ years professional experience with aspects of Business Development required, AEC industry preferred
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and strategic planning
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications preferred, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel required
• Strong communication skills - graphic, verbal, and written
• Ability to work creatively and comfortably within a highly collaborative studio environment
