Business Development Manager Senior Helpers – Low country

Senior Helpers is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the community by building strong referral partnerships and converting leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact while driving growth.

• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners.
• Generate and convert leads into new clients.
• Represent Senior Helpers at networking events and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service start.
• Track activity and performance to support growth goals.
• Ensure all outreach and business development efforts align with healthcare regulations and company standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience (5+ years).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Senior care or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
