Uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000–$75,000.

Long‑term earning potential: $70,000–$150,000+.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• 1–2 years of experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Starting compensation is expected to be $50,000–$150,000 per year, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
