Automotive Detailer – Charleston, SC

$15 or Commission Based position
• Full time

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our company’s quality standards. This includes both interior and exterior detailing, ensuring every vehicle is presented in pristine condition.

• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats.
• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and chrome accessories.
• Apply protective finishes for long-lasting shine and protection.
• Inspect vehicles for defects or areas needing attention.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Keep the detailing workspace clean and organized.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Report any damage or issues to management immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for vehicle care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for fine motor tasks.
• Work in ventilated automotive repair shops or outdoor environments.
• Operate various detailing equipment and tools safely.

The starting compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
