Position Summary

Sod Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance to the CFO and senior management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, handling light bookkeeping tasks, and supporting leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
  • Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
  • Order, track, and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping Support
  • Assist with light bookkeeping activities
  • Process remote bank deposits
  • Provide support for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Executive & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO and other senior managers
  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation

Hourly rate is competitive and commensurate with experience.
