Part-time Compliance Inspector

• Inspector will work inside and outside of the office.
• Drive throughout the community and inspect the property and common areas. (Inspecting the common areas may include exiting the vehicle).
• Investigate any complaints and respond as directed.
• Note and record all new violations and update the status of existing violations.
• Maintain data and Update violations via a tablet or smart phone or computer.
• Communicate with the manager, other employees or clients.
• Produce Reports as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Self-motivated, but willing to ask questions and seek help when needed.
• Be a team player and willing to help managers and team members.
• Able to recognize priorities, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
• Written and verbal communication skills to be accurate, concise, well organized, complete, and clear.
• Reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance and registration.
• Clean driving record, valid driver s license and reliable transportation will be imperative to maintain in the position.

This position is part-time, 20-25 hours per week. Pay rate is $20.00 hourly. The employee will also be reimbursed for business mileage to and from properties for conducting inspections.
