KCG is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and directors while managing critical operational and office functions over the agency.

This individual will serve as the right hand to leadership — anticipating requirements, prioritizing complex duties, and ensuring the agency functions day-to-day. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic contexts where they can bring structure, organization, and foresight across everything.

This job is best suited for a high-level Executive Assistant adept at balancing multiple tasks, navigating ambiguity confidently, and consistently delivering precision and polish.

Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
  • Executive Support Excellence: 5–8+ years of backing senior leaders (Managing Director, C‑suite, or partners) in a consult, professional services, or health field
  • Operational & Office Management:
    Superb ability to oversee vendor logistics, internal meetings, system partners
  • Exceptional Organization & Prioritization:
    Proven ability to order many jobs and competing priorities in a slow environment with minimal oversight
  • Strong Financial Acumen:
    Comfort with basicing economic concepts such preparations inquiries, budgets, adjusting possibility, and percentage increase rates.[
  • Proactive Problem Solving: anticipating such needs, pointing challenges early, and autonomously driving resolutions
