RECEPTIONIST
- Answers phones, routes calls, and takes messages.
- Makes meal reservations, cancellations, and private dining reservations.
- Accepts packages and prescription deliveries.
- Assists residents with postage, copies, faxes, and repair/work order requests.
- Assists department heads with light clerical duties.
- Maintains and reconciles petty cash box.
- Properly completes marketing inquiry form.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Job Description
Job Requirements
- Ability to perform the physical and essential requirements of the position.
- Prefer previous administrative/clerical experience.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Computer experience preferred.
