Job Description: The Property Coordinator reports to the Director of Property Management. Under limited supervision, the Property Coordinator supports a wide range of property coordinator responsibilities and processes related to buildings leased or owned by the MUSC Enterprise. This role serves as a primary contact for MUSC staff and leadership and is directly involved with all aspects of property operations and daily administrative tasks.
This position has responsibility for scheduling and coordinating work at multiple properties, contracting and procurement projects and any other tasks as requested.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Work Experience:
5 years progressive work experience.
