We’re partnering with a logistics and freight auditing company to find an Audit Analyst who’s ready to dig into data, identify billing errors, and support financial recovery efforts for major clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a focused, analytical environment and enjoys supporting projects that make a measurable impact.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Lead Auditors to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of freight payment audits.

• Reviewing and auditing freight payment data to uncover billing discrepancies
• Building and maintaining client reports in Excel and Word
• Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Navigating online payment portals to collect and verify data
• Participating in virtual meetings and assisting with project execution
• Performing select administrative tasks with attention to detail and urgency

• 2+ years of experience auditing freight bills or working in logistics billing
• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
