Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and sustain Lean manufacturing initiatives across production and support functions
- Drive daily management routines, visual performance tracking, and accountability systems
- Identify and eliminate waste using Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, standard work, and value/material flow analysis
- Coach teams in structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Improve key performance metrics including OEE, yield, scrap, throughput, and cost
- Partner with Operations and Maintenance to support TPM, reliability, and equipment performance
- Support process optimization, layout improvements, pull systems, and inventory control
- Ensure improvements are documented, standardized, and sustained
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance in all improvement activities
- Train and coach employees at all levels to build long-term continuous improvement capability
- Improved plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Increased process stability and standard work adherence
- Strong engagement and problem-solving capability across the organization
- Sustainable improvements—not one-time fixes
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of Lean / Continuous Improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Experience in heavy manufacturing and/or union environments a plus
