Are you someone who loves to drive? Are you looking for a position where you can make a difference? CTF Illinois is looking for a Lead Van Driver to transport the people we support in the Mattoon/Charleston area. This is a full-time position.

• Transport individuals to and from the day program within the allotted time, in order for the individuals to arrive at the day program on time.
• Complete attendance sheet in the morning and afternoon.
• Reports accidents, if any and takes appropriate action when needed.
• Communicates with appropriate person regarding behavior, seizures, disruptions, etc. on the van.
• Oversight and coordination of all needs pertaining to company vehicles, such as oil changes and regular maintenance.

• Communication with Logistics Manager in regards to Individuals issues.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
