Become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator through our immersive, hands‑on, real‑world experience. The AIT program is a launching pad for your career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with executive mentorship and personalized coaching.
Position Highlights- Gain Hands‑On
Experience:
Rotate through key departments to learn the inner workings of our skilled nursing facilities and how each department contributes to patient care and overall success. - Prepare for Licensure:
Obtain structured training, support, and documentation needed to meet your state’s licensure requirements. You’ll prepare for the NAB and state‑specific licensure exams with targeted learning modules and guidance from an experienced preceptor. - Lead Projects That Matter:
Take on practical, project‑based assignments that improve center performance, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to our quality initiatives. - Develop Leadership
Skills:
Attend leadership meetings and workshops, build your skills in team communication and culture‑building, and learn from seasoned professionals who are dedicated to your success. - Become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
Complete a CNA class as part of the program, gaining a deeper understanding of the day‑to‑day care provided to our residents.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business, or a related field) is required.
- Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.
