• Lead meaningful projects that improve infrastructure and connect communities.

• Manage multiple VDOT and WVHOH projects from bid to completion.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and schedules for earthwork, demolition, asphalt, and utility projects.
• Monitor progress through weekly site visits and cost reviews.
• Drive profitability and efficiency with smart planning and oversight.
• Partner with owners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure success.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Office, Bid2
  
  Win, P6 Scheduling, and ViewPoint.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in construction estimating and project management (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
