Required Skills:

• Valid IA RN License
• BLS, NRP, ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a critical access setting
• Strong clinical skills in obstetric and neonatal nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with blocked scheduling systems
• Prior experience working in a hospital or obstetric unit

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Previous experience in labor and delivery or neonatal intensive care units

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 7P-7:30A shifts
• Flexibility to work every 3rd weekend or every other weekend
