Maintenance Technician - 1st & 2nd Shifts; Chardon, Ohio

Overview

QP Manufacturing, a leading production center in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our 1st and 2nd shift operations in Chardon, Ohio.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues on a variety of machines.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to blueprints, operating, or repair manuals.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure equipment is well‑maintained.
• Ensure all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures and policies.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to learn and take direction.
• 2 years or more experience in industrial machine repair required.
• Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time.
• Maintain equipment within various facilities as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Maintenance experience with similar machines or experience in a similar role.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overtime may be available depending on production demands.

• Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to the Chardon, Ohio location.
