** We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Negotiator/Valuer to work on a full-time basis, based in our award winning Chard office.  This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency.

** The Successful Candidate Must Have:
*** A proven track record in residential sales as well as sales progression experience
* Experience in property valuing is desirable
* An outgoing and confident personality
* A driven and pro-active approach to work
* Highly organised and efficient approach
* Professionalism* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to use own initiative
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Full UK Driver’s license & daily access to own vehicle
