At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Post Cast Operators to join our team in Chard, based in Somerset!

The working hours of this role are 37 hours per week. The shift pattern is /. This role offers a shift premium of 19% and the overtime pay rate is 1.25.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven individual to play a key role in bringing our high-quality products to life. As a Post Cast Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, making sure every product meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers.

• Playing a crucial part in product processing, following clear operating procedures and process parameters to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Using a range of precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and excellence in every task.
• Upholding strict quality standards and speaking up when something doesn’t look right, your voice helps us keep improving.
• Operating tools, machinery and equipment safely and confidently.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organised and ready for action.
• Supporting and complying with all EHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive working environment.

To succeed as a production operator within our post cast team you will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. You will have an eye for detail, attention to detail, communication and time management skills. You will also enjoy working both individually and as part of a team, as on shift you will work alongside 4 other skilled operators.
