Due to the rural location of the school and limited access to public transport, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

We're excited to be growing and are now looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Primary Tutor to join the team at 3 Dimensions School, part of Options Autism, within Outcomes First Group.

About the Role

As an SEN Primary Tutor, you'll deliver engaging, tailored teaching to individual pupils or small groups, helping them make meaningful progress across core subjects and essential life skills. Working closely with teachers, learning support assistants and a wider multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure every child receives the right balance of support and challenge to thrive.

  • Deliver personalised teaching to individuals or small groups, primarily in core subjects
  • Plan, adapt and deliver sessions aligned with individual learning plans and EHCPs
  • Contribute to vocational and work-related learning where appropriate
  • Support pupils to develop functional, social and life skills
  • Track and monitor progress, sharing insights and feedback with colleagues
  • Create and maintain a learning environment that meets pupils' sensory and emotional needs
  • Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants and the wider team to ensure consistency and continuity
Who we are looking for

We're looking for someone creative, flexible and learner-focused, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs.

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit a range of learning styles and needs
  • Confidence in managing and supporting challenging behaviour in a calm, positive way
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, resilient and well‑organised approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

3 Dimensions School is in an exciting phase of growth and development. With not just one, but two school sites!
