Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driving

Position: Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driving Role
Allied Universal - Up to $19.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall environment.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer concerns, disturbances, and service calls from on-site partners.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, corridors, exterior walkways, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points, loading or delivery areas, and key locations as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and/or maintenance concerns through established channels.;
Complete detailed reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and customer interactions, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required.
