Allied Universal - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail or mall location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.;
Monitor entrances, tenant areas, and high-traffic zones for unusual activity, assist with crowd management as needed, and help maintain orderly conduct in accordance with site rules.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations using written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.
