Signet Jewelers is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Park West Village location. The Store Manager will drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development to maximize results.

• Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Coach and develop store staff to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Analyze performance reports and develop strategies to improve sales and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal requirements.
• Handle customer issues and complaints, providing timely resolution.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and loss prevention processes.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Collaborate with other regional store managers to share best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of college education preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years of sales experience plus 1 year of management experience.
• Preference for candidates with specialty retail or jewelry experience.
• Preferred:
  Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification.
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technology tools.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for training and sales presentations.
• Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.
• Professional and reliable, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and delegate effectively.
• Optional:
  Bilingual skills.

• Full‑time, typically five‑day, 40‑hour week during non‑peak periods.
• Schedule may include opening and closing shifts, weekdays, weekends, and evenings based on store needs.
• Hours increase during peak selling periods.

• Regularly required to stand, reach, lift up to 10 pounds, and move between display cases.
• Ability to sit, stoop, bend, kneel or crouch as needed.
• Visual acuity sufficient for gem quality assessment.
• Standard work week may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours.
• Travel to training and business meetings, including air travel and overnight stays, may be required.
