Full Time Utility Position:
The hours typically are noon- 8:30pm. Schedule includes working every other weekend.

• Dish Washing – Washes and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, pots and pans per each meal period. Checks dishwasher to ensure cleanliness prior to loading dishes and cleans dishwasher at the beginning and end of each shift. Returns clean and sanitized dishes, pots and pans to proper location within the kitchen area.
• Stock – Puts away stock as it arrives from delivery trucks and organizes stock on the kitchen shelves. Rotates stock. Cleans stock room with proper cleaning supplies as set by their supervisor or manager. Ensures checklist is completed before the end of each shift.
• General Cleaning and Sanitation – Performs general cleaning and sanitation duties of the kitchen and dining room as requested. Maintains cleanliness of the loading dock and trash cans. Wraps up hose and returns to proper location. Empties garbage and trash on a regular basis. Sanitizes garbage or trash container and replaces the bag each time trash is changed.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED), and at least six months kitchen experience required. Must be proficient in the use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
