Our managers complete a 10-week training program, participating in a hands‑on rotational training experience with our first‑class culinary and service professionals. The training is intense, and the education is invaluable!

• Ensure seamless integration of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Possess versatile skills in food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems.
• Assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
