Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall, in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act and under RN supervision.
• Delegate duties to professional and non‑professional nursing personnel and monitor performance under RN supervision.
• Observe patients for symptoms and/or reactions, noting general physical and mental changes indicative of adverse conditions.
• Notify attending physicians of emergencies, deaths, and implement order changes as instructed by physicians.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school graduate.
• Licensed Practical Nurse, graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing; submit license renewal proof every other year.
• Willing to serve as charge nurse and provide coverage during emergencies.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care, follow physicians’ orders, and a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certified annually.
• Attend in‑service training and staff meetings as required.
