, The Pines of Carolina Meadows is undergoing a complete transformation. We are seeking a visionary RN Supervisor to help us bridge the gap between our current operations and the grand opening of our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility this year.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive Change Management: Serve as a pivotal link between management and clinical staff during the transition to the new building.
• Clinical Oversight: Supervise daily nursing activities, ensuring high-quality resident care and strict regulatory compliance.
• Team Mentorship: Onboard, train, and coach staff on new 2026 protocols and equipment for the July opening.
• Operational Excellence: Manage staffing schedules, conduct clinical assessments, and lead interdisciplinary care meetings.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced growth environment.
