The incumbents role is to eliminate process losses on equipment or areas, to support the line team to create process standards, and to coach using standard tools to perform problem-solving. The process lead is responsible for implementing and/or maintaining, and continuously improving, the daily management systems (DMSs) they own in their area, typically the centerline (CL), changeover (CO) and change management (CM) DMS.

• Owner for identifying / eliminating losses through root cause problem solving on assigned Cell. Responsible for controlling the use of the SAP / EAM system and carrying out activities at the right time.
• Coaches team members of assigned cell in line with Integrated Work System (IWS) principles, ensuring IWS methodology is in place, properly executed and lived daily to achieve the operational objectives.
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving effectiveness of assigned Daily Management Systems (DMSs) & supporting tools for their Cell.
  
  E.g., CL - Centerline, CO - Changeover, CM - Change Management, Supporting tools - Loss Tree, IPS (Initial Problem Solving), UPS (Unified Problem Solving), 90 Day action plan, Rate control, S-Shape & Weibull.
• Builds the capability of the line teams, enabling self-sufficient teams through training and development in responsible DMS's & tools. Develops the operating teams' technical understanding and mastery of process control within assigned Cell.
• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.

• Degree or similar in business or engineering related subject.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a production environment in a similar role, could be project engineer background.
• Fluency in English (Oral and Written)
• PC literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of production technologies, standards of factory improvement programs, Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, etc.), ISO/EHS Knowledge of IWS principles and routine. Focus on helping people. Analytical background. Passion for continuous improvement.
