We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional General Cleaner to join our team in Chapel Hill. This is a consistent, part-time evening position, perfect for those looking to supplement their income, students, or anyone seeking stable evening hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of classrooms/office spaces.

• Perform routine and deep cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors).
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Clean and stock breakrooms/kitchenette areas.
• Wipe down all surface areas (desks, countertops, windowsills, doors, etc.).
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Reliability is a must: punctual and dependable attendance is critical for this consistent schedule.
• Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to physically perform job duties, including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating cleaning equipment for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of a background check may be required.
