Incentives: Select full-time positions are eligible for up to $10,000 in commitment incentives.

Salary Range: $26.59 - $41.09 per hour (Hiring Range). Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity.

Hours: Per Diem, Part-time, and Full-time available.

Locations: Opportunities are available in a variety of locations, including UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill and Hillsborough, UNC Health Rex in Raleigh and Holly Springs, UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield, UNC Health Rockingham in Eden, UNC Health Chatham in Siler City, and UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir. • Requires Bachelor s of Science degree. Must meet eligibility requirements upon hire to sit for MT exam within 12 months of hire.

• Requires MLS/MT, MT (NCA), or MT (AMT) certification.

• Medical Technologist I:
  No prior experience required.
• Medical Technologist II:
  Requires two years of experience at the medical laboratory technologist, medical laboratory technician, cytotechnologist, or histotechnologist level.
