Competitive Pay Rates $38.56 – $42.28 per hour (depending on shift type and conditions)
About the RoleYou will provide person-centred care that supports clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Mobility support, manual handling, hoisting, and transfers
- Community access, appointments, and social outings
- Light domestic assistance (cleaning, meal preparation)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting clients with high and complex care needs
- Confident with manual handling and mobility equipment
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability or equivalent (Nursing and Paramedicine students encouraged to apply)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Blue Card
- Right to work in Australia
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
- A genuine passion for helping others
We provide care across Ferny Hills, Chapel Hill and Samford and surrounding suburbs. A willingness to travel using your own vehicle is required.
