- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday: 2:30 PM - 9:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on weekend days
- Overnight: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM, 10:30 PM - 8:30 AM, or 9:30 PM - 9:00 AM
- Part‑time:
Includes weekend and varying weekday shifts
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration.
- Respond to medical or behavioral needs during the day program following established procedures.
- Foster a positive and empowering atmosphere, encouraging residents to engage in social, recreational, and skill‑building activities.
- Document observations, incidents, and interventions in resident records.
- Work collaboratively with team members, case managers, healthcare professionals, and families to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through light housekeeping and safety checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with IDD or in a caregiving role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor in challenging situations
- Basic understanding of medical procedures or willingness to learn and follow protocols
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
