Physical Therapist (PT) – Parkview Health & Rehabilitation Center
Join us at Liberty Health and Rehab for a rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
Responsibilities- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families.
- Respond to patient needs and individualize treatment plans.
- Implement progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
- Provide in‑house therapy with local management support.
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Licensed in the state where the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) will be located.
- Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
