Summary:
Responsibility for multiple network entities' day-to-day management of revenue cycle patient access operations including operational budget compliance; productivity, quality, and key metric tracking and reporting; regulatory compliance; problem resolution; personnel management and satisfaction; and performance improvement. Patient access operations may include, but are not limited to admissions/registration, emergency department registration, financial counseling, cashiering, financial assistance, and Medicaid eligibility.
Operational analysis, action planning, prioritization, and communication of initiatives, goals, objectives, and measurements. Maintain subject matter expertise in all information systems necessary to lead, implement, and support business processes. Prepare and report operational data to support budget preparation. Timely identification and reporting of trends and root causes to director that inhibit departmental performance. Establish, with supervisors, and lead, when appropriate, team meetings and bidirectional communication strategies.
Encourages workforce engagement by building a commitment to excellence. Works collaboratively toward solutions that accomplish organizational objectives. Develops effective staff professional development plans.
Obtains and provides resources to implement change initiatives. Serves as a role model by demonstrating commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in organizational performance.

Five (5) years of progressive experience in related field. - Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
