Based on the unit’s business needs, this position will be on-site. The Student Services Specialist will provide support to various levels of learners and trainees. This includes coordinating medical student rotations, coordinating fellowship programs, coordinating trainee purchases and travel through Concur for the Neurology Department. This individual will work with multiple faculty members including Program Directors, the clerkship director, the ambulatory training officer.
The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the multiple fellowship training programs in Neurology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), and programs not yet accredited.
The Student Services Specialist/ Program Coordinator (PC) assists the Program Directors in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training programs and ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements.
