Position SummaryThe Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill seeks an Academic Nephropathologist for a tenure‑track/tenured, fixed‑term, or variable‑track position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The selected candidate will join the existing nephropathology team, support the nephropathology program, and contribute to the established outreach kidney biopsy service.
Minimum Education And Experience RequirementsThe applicant must have an MD or comparable degree, be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Anatomic Pathology, have fellowship training and/or service experience in nephropathology, and be eligible to obtain a medical license in North Carolina.
Preferred Qualifications , Competencies, And ExperienceApplicants interested in minor clinical service work in one of our other surgical pathology sub‑specialties will also be considered.
