Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with previous professional experience in sales and/or business development in the health solutions space, and ideally within medication management and adherence space to play a critical role in the continued growth of our company.
Responsibilities- Develop sales relationships and follow through with payer and provider organizations.
- Develop commercial partnerships for our platforms in the digital health ecosystem.
- Exhibit at conferences, attend association events, and otherwise act as an ambassador for the brand.
- Follow up with leads, follow-up calls, and next steps.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on refining value propositions. Market positioning and collateral targeting diverse stakeholders and therapeutic areas in the healthcare space.
- 3+ years in healthcare, market development/commercialization of health technologies in the digital health, and ideally in the medication management and adherence space are essential.
- Proven record of success at building a revenue pipeline and establishing commercial partnerships.
- Ability to communicate passionately, persuasively, and effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, in-person and virtually, to various audiences including C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
- Expert level presentation, demonstration and communication skills.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
