Overview

6-12+ month contract with potential for perm conversion to FTE

1-2+ years of experience - this is NOT a Senior level role

hybrid onsite in Raleigh, NC

Nature of Position

This individual will support current and future administrative functions for our district operations. This role combines core administrative duties with process documentation, SOP support, and user assistance across a multi district environment. Ideal candidates are organized, detail oriented, and able to both take direction and work independently to keep workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Operational Support - Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information; generate memos, emails, and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and general administrative tasks to support district operations, as needed.
  • Provide courteous, responsive customer service to staff and district employees.
  • Process Documentation & SOP Support - Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures, job aids, and quick?reference guides on existing and future company processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture accurate workflows and maintain a centralized SOP library.
  • Support routine updates and version control of documentation.
  • Training Coordination - Prepare and organize training materials, guides, and recordings.
  • Schedule and support virtual or in?person training sessions on SOPs and system processes.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially when documenting processes.
  • Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service mindset when supporting employees and district teams.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and assisting end users.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business systems.
  • Experience with SOP documentation or process mapping.
  • Office Administrative experience
