Description
UNC Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Senior to support two Vice Presidents within the Legal Office, which encompasses Legal, Audit, and Risk functions. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and providing seamless support for complex schedules, communications, and departmental priorities. The Executive Assistant Senior ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating high-level meetings, preparing and managing confidential documents, and serving as a central point of communication for leadership and the broader team.
This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED - Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No licensure or certification required. - Professional Experience Requirements:
Four years of high level administrative/office management experience; preferably in support of a vice-president or president of an organization. - Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Microsoft products:
Outlook, Word, Power Point, communication and computer skills, time management, technical skills, calendar management, and meeting planning
