** Primary Purpose of Job
** Delivers orders safely and efficiently to designated customer homes within a set timeframe while ensuring proper handling and delivery of orders. Facilitate the verification and completion of delivery orders.
** People Skills
*** Customer service focused, friendly, willing to talk to all customers
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour and attitude at all times
** Day to Day Operations
*** As required, Complete vehicle inspection, fulfill orders & close out transactions on the POS
* Deliver orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties of vehicle and store cleanliness
* Other duties as assigned
** Regulatory Adherence
*** Ensure that OHS, LP other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and adhered to
* Maintain LP and OHS Training
* Adheres to SNDL policies, with a focus on Social Responsibility
* Completion of Defensive Driving Awareness Course
** Work Experience & Education
*** Minimum, 1-year experience in a retail or delivery environment (preferred, not required)
* Previous experience operating a 5-ton vehicle
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Valid Class 5 License
* Copy of Drivers Abstract
* First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset
* Available to work flexible shifts Monday – Sunday), including holidays (as required)
* Able to regularly make a variety of body movements including but not limited sitting, standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, crouching
* Able to stand for an extended period

*** Team player with the ability to multi-task in addition to operating independently
* Ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner
* Effective teamwork skills
* Safety and guarding awareness
* Ability to complete related paperwork and quality checks
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Must be able to pass a Background Check
