Administer PRN medications after authorization by the licensed nurse or physician.;
Organize medication duties to pour, pass, and document routine medications and PRN meds per nurse instruction.;
Document PRNs according to State Standards in all areas of the chart.;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications that could affect vital signs.;
Administer regularly prescribed medications after personally preparing them and document in the resident's clinical record.
