Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI With Full Scope Poly Clearance is required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future - Dev stack requirements:
Java script, Spring Framework, React Front-End, CSS and Bootstrap.

- Design and develop complex financial systems serving as the sponsors data aggregator of contract/labor costs for system development efforts and accounting processes
- Understanding of database management systems such as MySQL and Oracle

- Experience with database backups, disaster recovery planning, and performance optimization
- Management of AWS architecture and instances - Kick-off, run and troubleshoot environment code deployments (understanding how to automate code deployments a plus)
- Develop and implement system version upgrades and patches - Write unit tests and/or automated test scripts for code quality
- Review software developer pull requests (code reviews) and approve/reject as needed - Create and maintain system architectural designs and documentation - Work with stakeholders to define and understand functional requirements
- Collaborate with other software developers and/or interface partners to ensure functional requirements are met and established web services provide data services successfully - Posses functional understanding of the requirements management platform, JIRA and familiarity of the - - Agile software development framework
