Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Service Technician to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex service calls
• Support access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems
• Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation
• Ensure high first‑time resolution rates and minimal system downtime
• Provide professional customer communication and support
• Assist and support other technicians as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical role
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Familiarity with IP/Networking and comfortable navigating various OS evolutions
• Solid understanding of SOW’s, blueprint drawing comprehension, schematics, and device installation best practices
• IP Video Based Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of AMAG, Axis, and ASSA ABLOY preferred
