• Test and inspect fire alarm systems in specified buildings.
• Act as team lead and oversee or direct the work of other Fire Alarm Inspectors.
• Identify and report problems or discrepancies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for all inspections.
• Handle more complex system tests and inspections.
• Perform after‑hours and weekend inspections as required by customers on an as‑needed basis.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and design drawings.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

High School/GED or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience (but not required):

• 1 year relevant
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, and/or sprinkler systems.
